Spring is a moment for positivity and new beginnings because, at the end of the day, the light and the rain always give way to a rainbow. This month, we're starting a new section in which we'll make you discover different songs you can listen to based on the vibes of the moment. Here, we're suggesting five Mediterranean songs with spring vibes you can listen to in April.

ALFA – bellissimissima <3

The Italian singer gained five platinum discs in his home country thanks to this song, which was published in 2023 and, with a light-hearted melody, talks about love from an ironic point of view. Despite the happy rhythm, the song explores the ups and downs of a modern relationship, which resembles a rollercoaster.

Belén Aguilera & Samuraï – De charco en charco

After the pandemic, these two artists began to stand out as the promising new faces of Spanish pop music: therefore, it's not strange that they ended up working together. Mixing Belén Aguilera’s electronic style and Samuraï’s pop-rock, this song talks about personal growth and self-confidence. Perfect to dance under the rain in April.

Marina Satti – LALALALA

The singer who represented Greece in the 2024 Eurovision combines electropop and traditional Aegean music in this cheerful song. The lyrics compare the feeling of cheerfulness to different elements of nature, such as the spring breeze or a stream flowing.

Bárbara Tinoco – Quero

The Portuguese singer explores relationships from an everyday point of view, not in a pretentious way, singing about how she wants to do everything with her partner, such as adopting animals together, sleeping while hugging or even fighting, just to make up. The delicate melody reminds us of those days that begin with the rain and during which, when the rains stops, the sun shines over the wet ground.

Paula Milara – Estimada primavera

The singer-songwriter from Lleida carries us into the most reflective side of spring: hoping for new opportunities, but also not being sure whether they'll come. In short, she presents the season as the beginning of something new.
